Maradyne Corporation manufactures engine air intake filtration for heavy duty and extreme conditions, pneumatic and hydraulic air starters, hydraulic filters; hydraulic pumps and motors and industrial mufflers. These proprietary products are used on mobile equipment such as heavy-duty trucks, buses, agricultural, mining, and construction equipment, in the oil & gas industry and by the U.S. Military on vehicles.
Maradyne is owned by Dreison International, Inc. (pronounced Dry-son) a private holding company with approximately $70 million in sales volume. During its 37 year history, Dreison has completed acquisitions from both publicly held corporations and individuals. Dreison has the financial resources and demonstrated capability to close transactions quickly.
