Recognition & Appreciation
Employee involvement and appreciation is very important at Maradyne. Employees are given Service Awards for their dedicated years of service. A bi-monthly catered luncheon is held with all employees to go over company statistics and new happenings to ensure that everyone is involved and up to date on the company’s current standing.
Involved in Community
At Maradyne we pride ourselves in community involvement. Each year we hold a food and toy drive that we donate to local charities in need. Employees also have the opportunity to take part in and represent Maradyne Corporation at the Cleveland Corporate Challenge.
